RETURN POLICY

Coal and Canary will kindly exchange only any regular priced, defective or unused product

within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email along with a photo or video showing the issue to info@coalandcanary.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for any returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an online promo code will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SALE POLICY

Items purchased before or after any promotional sale (online or in store), are not subject to any price adjustments in regards to sale pricing.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is placed with missing or incorrect shipping information, it will be the customers responsibility to pay a $10 service fee in addition to the original shipping fee.
