We had a bit of a different #TeamWherk this week... instead of getting our sweat on, we sat down with Chantal from Tillie + True and talked about body positivity. Chantal is a self-love and body image coach who is honestly the sweetest, most caring, and beautiful person. We loved our time with her and would seriously recommend reaching out to her if you need to.
How many of us spend so much of our time thinking about what we eat and what we look like? We're all guilty of it. Like ummmm can't a girl enjoy her doughnuts and not feel bad about it???! Chantal covered some important topics and we think allllll our babes need to hear.

Ladies, BE OKAY with your tummy rolls! It is normal.
You don't have to love every part of your body, but you do have to accept it.
Start with being grateful for what your body does for you.
Focus on feelings and values, rather than appearance.
