Our Team Wherk Session with Alex Gilmore from Total Package Fitness was a, ummm…. learning experience for us, but also a huge success.
Alex has her Bachelor in Kinesiology, CPT and is a nutritional specialist AND was selected as a “Hot and Fit 100” fitness model for Inside Fitness Magazine — she’s basically a real life Elle Woods of the fitness world.
If you creep her Instagram, be prepared to stay on there awhile just admiring all the insane transformations and healthy recipes that actually look delicious.
Her husband and business partner, JT, is a professional athlete and has his Bachelor in Sports Psychology, CPT, so the two make an excellent team.
Their workouts are intense, but well worth it.
Plus, it’s easier to workout when you have your motivation walking around the room. We’ll practice what she preaches, because obviously it works!

Put all ingredients into a bowl:
1 cup mashed banana
¼ cup almond milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1.5 cups oat flours
1 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
